Location: Pioneers Park, 3201 Coddington, Lincoln
Time: Heats begin at 8:30 a.m. Runner order will start with oldest grades proceeding down to the youngest grades.
Course Description: The course will be run in beautiful Pioneers Park, located on the southwest edge of Lincoln. This one-mile course runs over gentle, grass covered rolling hills. Fans will have a great opportunity to view the runners as they complete their mile run.
Pioneers Park is the home cross country course for the University of Nebraska, Nebraska Wesleyan University and all Lincoln area high schools.
Entry fee: $9 if registered by September 17. $12 if registered between September 18–23

Packet pickup: Runners are welcome to pick up their packet at the Nebraska Sports Council office located at 4903 N 57th St in Lincoln. Packets will be available for pick-up 8 a.m.–6 p.m. the week of September 27–October 1st.
School Awards: Schools will be divided into Division A (450 or more students) and Division B (449 or less students). Award plaques will be given in the two divisions and award winners will be determined by the percentage of their student body enrolled in the race. The top three schools in each division will receive a plaque. Entries must be received by Thursday, September 23 to count toward the school’s total. Schools with at least 10% of their student body registered will also receive a plaque.
T-shirts: T-shirts are awarded to all runners who register by September 23. Be sure to mark the size of the t-shirt on the entry form.
Parking: It’s best to enter Pioneers Park using the West Van Dorn Street entrance. Parking attendants will direct participants where to park.
